Outcall Personal Training / Coaching in Singapore
Glen (or his team trainer/coach) comes to your preferred location and schedule as your
Personal Trainer / Coach, to train you. Complete guidance, with complimentary
diet and training guidance provided where necessary.
Depending on what your goals are, you can choose between a 4 sessions package, 8 sessions package or
standalone single session(s), you (along with our advise) get to choose how often you want to schedule in a month or week, and we will provide you with what you need based on that. You get to reschedule your training
sessions at your preferences and convenience, according to your schedule.
Our professional system provides you with booking reliability and reliable service experience.
You get to choose your preferred venue and schedule to train on.
At the beginning, a discussion is made with Glen to determine your training
goals, needs, budget, schedule, etc.
Trainee(s) must be prepared to work properly with Glen and
follow the training and diet plans given, in order to yield proper and the most effective results.
Upfront payment is normally required as one of the means to ensure that you are
ready and willing to invest and stay committed to the training.
Commitment to the training is very important for the trainees in order for them to see results.
This is why private coaching providers normally ask for upfront payment, and
this is a common standard practice from coaching providers.
You can choose to pay for a package, single session or single sessions at at time -
depending on what you need and what your goals are.
Once payment is made, you are ready to attend the scheduled training sessions.
If sessions are not yet scheduled, you'll need to schedule the sessions.
As part of the standard practice to ensure that the trainee stays committed to the training,
there are booking policies in place.
Regardless of any packages or standalone single sessions,
you receive complementary training and diet plans if necessary to ensure that your training is complete.
