We offer you with diet / training plans or your questions answered in detail, one by one, at cost effective prices,

in order to provide optimum convenience in getting guided a professional personal trainer.


No credit / debit card recurring billing. Just one time payment for a small fee to get exactly what you need,

each time you want to, at your convenience, quickly and hassle free!


Outcall Personal Training / Coaching in Singapore

For fitness, parkour, swimming and wilderness/outdoor skills


Glen (or his team trainer/coach) comes to your preferred location and schedule as your

Personal Trainer / Coach, to train you.


Depending on what your goals are, you can choose between a 4 sessions package, 8 sessions package or 

standalone single session(s), you (along with our advise) get to choose how often you want to schedule in a month or week, and we will provide you with what you need based on that, all at cost effective rates.


Complementary diet and training plan is provided to you where necessary,

so you get complete guidance regardless of the frequency of your scheduled sessions. 


You also get to reschedule your training sessions at your preferences and convenience, according to your schedule.


You are fully protected with our services as we uphold professional and systematic practice so that you enjoy

optimum booking reliability and overall pleasant service experience.

Dedicated live Personal coaching with Glen (or his team trainer) twice per week for complete comprehensive guidance through all the sessions. Perfect if you just want all your training sessions to be guided in person with a coach.
On top of that, you receive 24/7 customer support for your fitness training related questions.
You get to reschedule and book your training sessions with us, protected by our systematic booking system,

What you get:

while also receiving complete guidance on training and diet, which includes self workout plans provided by Glen,
so that you can do your own self workouts where applicable. With this option, you will need to do more self workouts on your own, however you get to save more - Great if you have a tight budget!

Cons: You'll need self discipline to train. This option is best suited for self motivated individuals who just needs professional guidance to guide them on the right track.


Using our Services:


Outcall private coaching (Personal fitness training, private swim lessons, private training of Parkour/Bushcraft)

Glen's private coaching are outcall service based,

therefore you get to choose your preferred venue and schedule to train on.

After having a discussion with Glen on your training goals, stats, requirements, etc,

a training schedule will be mutually arranged based on what your need and

your preferred frequency of training sessions based on your budget.

At this stage, the trainee(s) must be prepared to work diligently with Glen and

follow the training and diet plans given, in order to yield the most effective results.

Because of this, an upfront payment is normally required beforehand as one of the means to ensure that you are

ready and willing to invest and stay committed to the training.

Commitment to the training is very important for the trainees in order for them to see results.

This is why outcall private coaching providers normally ask for upfront payment, and

it is a standard practice that is commonly used.

You can choose to pay for a 4 sessions package, 8 sessions package for a single standalone session -

depending on what you need and what your goals are.

Once payment is made, you are ready to attend the scheduled training sessions.

If sessions are not yet schedule, you'll need to schedule the sessions.

As part of the standard practice to ensure that the trainee stays committed to the training,

there are booking policies in place.

Regardless of any packages or standalone single sessions,

you receive complementary training and diet plans if necessary to ensure that your training is complete.
