Personal Fitness Training:
Our Personal Training is more cost effective, and flexible - We go to any location in Singapore even if you decide to change the location midway through your course. Our booking system is more customer friendly (for eg; you get to change your appointments more flexibly 12 hours before the start of the session, as oppose to others who go with the 24 hours rule). At the price of about $60 per hour session, you receive full comprehensive Personal Training inclusive of complementary diet and self training plans, at your preferred location and schedule. Now, that's great value!
Online Fitness Coaching:
Glen's online fitness coaching is made simple and convenient - You simply tell Glen your goals and
what you want to achieve, and he will design a personalized training and diet plan for
you at cost effective price, without recurring billing. Easy and convenient!
We also have various options to generally suit all needs and budgets.
Private Swimming Lessons:
Ever feel frustrated trying to learn swimming for several months or even years without much luck? What if I tell you that you can learn a single technique within about 6 lessons, at your preferred venue and schedule with flexible booking, at the cost of about $50-$60 per lesson? Sounds like a great deal?
Of course :) That's what we can provide. Our swimming lessons are highly personalized.
Our fastest learner only took 3 lessons with us to learn a single technique (they did some self practice that we provide as well *to avoid sounding like it's too good to be true).
We teach you any basic and survival swimming skills you want to learn, without going through the hassle of group lessons and learning a bunch of stuff that you don't want to learn as well.
Ever wanted to pick up Parkour, but not sure how to start and train properly and safely? At TbG, we provide you with proper Parkour lessons and training based on science and many years of practical experience from the coaches. Our Parkour training is "360 degrees".
We don't just teach you the movements, but we also emphasize well on training properly with periodization, nutrition and adequate strength and conditioning, so as to train you up (no matter which skill or fitness level you are at) to become stronger and more mobile.
You get to book your Parkour training at your preferred location and schedule, outdoors - which is
very important, because Parkour is MEANT to be trained outdoors,
because you get training in the most safest and proper way.
Wilderness survival and bushcraft training:
You want to learn the skills that our stone age ancestors used to possess and learn survival skills so that you are comfortable and knowledgeable with taking care of yourself in the wilderness. But... you can't find much luck with a private and personalized basic course in Singapore.
Well, this is where we can offer the solution to that. At TbG, we provide basic wilderness survival and bushcraft training/courses at your preferred venue and schedule (with a mix of theory and practical).
